Scope of Work

CCM Rwanda is seeking qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Secretariat's IT infrastructure and propose an upgrade plan including network, hardware, and software improvements.

Deliverables

• Current state assessment report
• Detailed upgrade proposal with cost estimates
• Implementation timeline and support plan

Submission Requirements

Interested firms should submit technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes. Previous experience with government or international organization IT projects is preferred.
