National Workshop on Community Engagement in Grant Oversight

The CCM Secretariat organized a two-day national workshop bringing together community representatives, health workers, and grant implementers to strengthen community participation in grant oversight.

Participants shared experiences and developed action plans for improving feedback mechanisms between communities and the CCM. The workshop emphasized the importance of inclusive governance and transparent reporting.
